Married for over 35 years to her high school sweetheart and retired U.S. Army Officer, Joe Carroll Sr., she is the proud mother of two adult children, Joe and Jaleasa. With more than 18 years of combined experience as a government professional and real estate agent, and over 15 years in real estate investing and property management, Phyllis brings discipline, detail, and care to every transaction. She holds graduate degrees in Acquisition Management and Business Administration, equipping her to approach negotiations and client relationships with strategy and integrity. Outside of work, she is an active member of the Junior League of Huntsville, enjoys reading self-help and history books, volunteering, and cherishing time with her family.
