Katia is a native of Huntsville, Alabama. She is a wife and mother of two wonderful children. Katia holds a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Logistics and Supply Chain Management. She received her Alabama real estate license in 2022. In addition to real estate, Katia is a Contract Specialist for the PEO Aviation Apache division located on Redstone Arsenal, Al. Also, Katia is the Co-owner of Sahara’s Exquisite Designs. Sahara’s is event decorating business in which we provide unique and exquisite decorations for weddings, baby showers, birthday’s, etc. Katia has a passion for real estate and specializes in new construction projects, first-time homebuyers, and market analysis. Her work ethic exemplifies both emotional intelligence and professionalism. She is in constant communication with her clients as they go through the homebuyer process. Attentiveness to the clients needs and market knowledge, gives Katia an extremity for optimal results.
